I will be mailing the letters out twice a month on the 1st and the 14th via USPS. Most U.S. subscribers will receive their letter within 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that USPS is subject to their own scheduling delays due to various things like weather that affect their delivery times and holidays.

Your personal information such as your address, name, and phone number that is provided to me during your purchase is safe to the best of Squarespace’s Terms and Conditions, which this website is built on. I will personally never make such information public.

Yes. I have been flying since the summer of 2018. Airlines are incredibly strict about social media, so I will be using a pen name when I send out my letters. Names of people I meet in my life will also be changed.

No. You only pay the monthly subscription price or the single purchase price. I will take care of postage and shipping.

If there is an issue during shipping and you never receive your letter, please reach out to me via the “Contact” section of the website. Please ensure you include your Order Number and I will send you a new letter free of charge.
